The Room Attendant creates exceptional guest experiences by ensuring guest rooms are cleaned, refreshed, and maintained to Four Seasons standards. This role plays an essential part in delivering a welcoming, comfortable, and luxurious environment for every arrival. The Room Attendant is part of the Housekeeping team and reports to the Housekeeping Leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Clean and service guest rooms, including bedrooms, living areas, and bathrooms, following Four Seasons standards
Replace linens and towels, refresh amenities, and restock in‑room items as needed
Remove room service items, trash, and used china or glassware, and return them to designated service areas
Report maintenance issues promptly through designated systems and notify Housekeeping leadership
Add thoughtful touches to guestrooms to enhance the guest experience
Follow all Four Seasons Work Rules, Standards of Conduct, and safety procedures
Work collaboratively and professionally with all team members
Assist with House Attendant or Lobby Attendant duties during high volume or as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a guest‑focused mindset
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
