Job Description

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Full Time Guestroom Attendant Self Inspector who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The Guestroom Attendant Self Inspector reports to the Assistant Director of Housekeeping.

Job Responsibility

  • Clean a set number of rooms during a shift
  • Remove dirty towels and sheets and replace with clean ones
  • Make beds, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all areas of guest room
  • Restock amenities such as shampoos, lotions, & cotton balls
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers & supervisors
  • Responsible for cleaning all guest rooms & suites, including bathrooms, bedrooms, living space, balconies and in some cases, pantries and kitchens
  • Responsible for releasing their rooms to vacant clean inspected in the system

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Comfortable lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, & kneel throughout duration of shift
  • Energetic, experienced customer service professional with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Passion for service and hospitality
  • Willing team player
  • Willing to accept assignments on as need basis
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
