Job Description

Cleans guest rooms to exact standards and is able to release own rooms.

Job Responsibility

  • Has a set number of rooms to clean during a shift
  • Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet
  • Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure
  • Makes bed
  • Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas
  • Removes Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings
  • The ability to maintain random room inspections score of 95% or more, consistently exceed guest expectations and exceed the standards for a Guest Room Attendant
  • Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens
  • Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
  • Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and House Attendant

Requirements

  • Oral proficiency in the English language
  • The ability to have attention to detail in each guestroom
  • The ability to make beds and handle chemicals
  • Six months to a year previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • High school degree or equivalent experience
