Cleans guest rooms to exact standards and is able to release own rooms.
Job Responsibility:
Has a set number of rooms to clean during a shift
Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet
Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure
Makes bed
Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas
Removes Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings
The ability to maintain random room inspections score of 95% or more, consistently exceed guest expectations and exceed the standards for a Guest Room Attendant
Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens
Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and House Attendant
Requirements:
Oral proficiency in the English language
The ability to have attention to detail in each guestroom
The ability to make beds and handle chemicals
Six months to a year previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
High school degree or equivalent experience
