Job Responsibility

Clean a set number of rooms during a shift
Remove dirty towels and sheets and replace with clean ones
Make beds, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all areas of guest room
Restock amenities such as shampoos, lotions, & cotton balls
Work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers & supervisors
Responsible for cleaning all guest rooms & suites, including bathrooms, bedrooms, living space, balconies and in some cases, pantries and kitchens
Responsible for releasing their rooms to vacant clean inspected in the system

Job Responsibility

Cleans set number of rooms during a shift
Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean ones
Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room
Makes bed
Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas
Removes Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings
Restocks used amenities
Enter HotSOS requests for engineering and in-room dining and ensure tasks are completed
Ensures special request such as extra bed, crib, allergies etc are set up
Provides special in-room touches based on guest preferences
