Job Description

The Room Attendant is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel and residences. The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms/residences meet the highest standards as set by Four Seasons Hotels.

Job Responsibility

Clean assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards and handle laundry duties
Use cleaning products and equipment properly while following safety guidelines
Provide attentive service by anticipating guest needs and addressing requests and concerns
Promote hotel services and add a personalized touch whenever possible
Maintain a professional appearance with a clean and presentable uniform
Handle lost and found items and master keys responsibly, reporting any loss immediately
Keep work areas organized and ensure linen rooms are tidy, stocked, and locked when not in use
Communicate with supervisors about damages, safety risks, suspicious activity, or supply needs
Accurately complete checklists and reports as required
Carry out other housekeeping duties assigned by supervisors, including deep cleaning tasks

Requirements

Two years of housekeeping experience in a luxury environment
Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry items weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Good communication skills
a beginner level of English is sufficient to respond to simple requests and ensure they are properly addressed
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond expectations
