Job Responsibility

Clean and self-inspects guestrooms as assigned by management and in accordance with hotel standards
Inspect all rooms (vacant or dirty) checking standards of cleanliness, missing guest amenities and/or supplies
Inspect all VIP and Special Attention rooms very carefully ensuring that all special requests and amenities are completed
Receive and complete all guest requests when on the floors, i.e. extra pillow, blankets
To keep linen rooms, tidy, correctly stocked and closed at all times when not in use
Must ensure working equipment is always clean, tidy and in good working order

Job Responsibility

Cleans set number of rooms during a shift
Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean ones
Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room
Makes bed
Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas
Removes Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings
Restocks used amenities
Enter HotSOS requests for engineering and in-room dining and ensure tasks are completed
Ensures special request such as extra bed, crib, allergies etc are set up
Provides special in-room touches based on guest preferences
