Job Description

Position is required to assist patrons with their customer service needs while attending a public of private event.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist patrons with seating or other information as needed
  • Maintain position on post, viewing area of responsibility
  • Oversee assigned area for spills or situations requiring staff attention
  • Receive and act on complaints from patrons according to established policies and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • One-year prior experience in a customer service position preferred
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, have a friendly disposition, and a smile!
  • Candidates must be able to stay calm in the stressful and fast-paced environment of an arena.
  • Experience in handling conflict in a friendly and effective manner is preferred.
  • Ability to navigate a variety of floor surfaces and areas, including continuous standing and walking, including up and down stairs.
  • Ability to verbally communicate in a clear manner with guests, teammates, and building staff.
  • Ability to work in a variety of environments, including but not limited to heights, elevators, darkened theatre, around crowds, loud noise, and flashing lights.
