We’re looking for passionate people to join our Guest Services Team working on our on resort Receptions and Call Centre. Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us.
Job Responsibility:
Create unforgettable experiences for guests
Look after guests during their arrival experience within check-in areas for Village accommodation or on Hotel receptions
Problem-solving guest queries on the phone and via in-house computerised live chat system
Liaise with facilities, accommodation and wider resort teams to ensure guests have the very best experience possible using a variety of communication methods, predominantly using in-house systems, phone and radio
Requirements:
Good level of administration and computer skills
Warm, friendly manner
Love to chat to people
Being a great team player
Enjoy the buzz of a busy environment
Happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people
Nice to have:
Previous customer service experience
