Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome and engage guests, ensuring every visitor receives a warm, professional first impression
  • Lead, support, and motivate the Guest Services team to deliver exceptional service
  • Coordinate and assist with events, including planning, setup, and on‑the‑day management
  • Oversee day‑to‑day office management to keep operations running smoothly
  • Manage meeting rooms, ensuring spaces are prepared, presentable, and used efficiently
