Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and inspire: Train and mentor Guest Services Team Members
  • Manage operations: Oversee daily front desk tasks, including check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and guest inquiries
  • Coordinate activities: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Handle guest relations: Address and resolve guest complaints
  • Financial oversight: Manage cash handling, balance front desk drawers, and prepare incident reports
  • Maintain standards: Ensure front desk operations align with Hilton Worldwide Brand Standards
  • Flexibility: Adapt to seasonal needs and adjust schedules

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent
  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Complete Hilton Brand Training
  • Valid PA Driver’s License
  • CPR and RAMP certifications (preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer skills in Excel, Outlook Email, Kronos/UKG, and PEP (Hilton’s Property Engagement Platform)
  • Physically able to perform administrative duties and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Nice to have:
