Job Responsibility:
Lead and inspire: Train and mentor Guest Services Team Members
Manage operations: Oversee daily front desk tasks, including check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and guest inquiries
Coordinate activities: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Handle guest relations: Address and resolve guest complaints
Financial oversight: Manage cash handling, balance front desk drawers, and prepare incident reports
Maintain standards: Ensure front desk operations align with Hilton Worldwide Brand Standards
Flexibility: Adapt to seasonal needs and adjust schedules
Requirements:
Associate’s degree or equivalent
2 years of relevant work experience
Complete Hilton Brand Training
Valid PA Driver’s License
CPR and RAMP certifications (preferred)
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills
Computer skills in Excel, Outlook Email, Kronos/UKG, and PEP (Hilton’s Property Engagement Platform)
Physically able to perform administrative duties and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
