The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible to supervise the Guest Services department which includes Airport and Pier Representatives, Bell attendants, and Drivers for a smooth arrival or departure process of hotel guests.
Job Responsibility
Meet and greet with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, welcoming them to the hotel or bid them farewell
Train, supervise and discipline Guest Services Team as necessary
Dispatch Guest Services Team to meet and greet guest at the designated ports of arrival
Escort arriving guests to pre-booked transportations, handling their luggage with care and efficiency
Gather arrival and departure information and schedule Guest Services Team to the appropriate point for greeting and assistance
Maintain an accurate working knowledge of the city, streets, directions, information regarding the hotel as well as the arrival and departure information at airports and ferry terminals
Follow and coordinate with any transportation bookings for pick up or drop off, detailing guests name, time of departure, destination, time of arrival and time of return to the hotel
Requirements
A minimum of a high school or equivalent education
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
1-2 years luxury hotel experience in Guest Services
Strong leadership and team management skills
Familiarity with local area and attractions
