Requirements:
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Experience in a healthcare environment preferred
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Effective conflict resolution skills and the ability to support distressed families with patience and professionalism
Comfort working in a 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Proficiency with computers, phones, visitor management systems, and basic office equipment
ability to perform front desk administrative tasks
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and assist families with directions or escorting
Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast paced, high traffic environment
