Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and professional Guest Services Receptionist to join our Rapport team, providing exceptional front‑of‑house support for a prestigious financial services client in Canary Wharf. This is a dynamic, client‑facing role where no two days are the same, from warmly welcoming guests on the Ground Floor to supporting meeting delegates on our Client Floor.

Job Responsibility

  • Welcome and register all guests at both the Main Reception and Client Floor Reception
  • Escort guests to meeting rooms or other required destinations within the building
  • Uphold all company service standards and Health & Safety procedures at all times
  • Respond to guest enquiries and requests promptly, professionally, and with a friendly approach
  • Maintain immaculate client meeting rooms
  • Handle all internal and external calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner

Requirements

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills
  • Works effectively as part of a team and communicates clearly and professionally
  • Shows flexibility, initiative, and strong attention to detail
  • Ideally has experience in 5‑star customer service (hospitality, corporate reception, or similar)
