We are looking for a passionate and professional Guest Services Receptionist to join our Rapport team, providing exceptional front‑of‑house support for a prestigious financial services client in Canary Wharf. This is a dynamic, client‑facing role where no two days are the same, from warmly welcoming guests on the Ground Floor to supporting meeting delegates on our Client Floor.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome and register all guests at both the Main Reception and Client Floor Reception
Escort guests to meeting rooms or other required destinations within the building
Uphold all company service standards and Health & Safety procedures at all times
Respond to guest enquiries and requests promptly, professionally, and with a friendly approach
Maintain immaculate client meeting rooms
Handle all internal and external calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
Requirements:
Passionate about delivering exceptional service
Excellent personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills
Works effectively as part of a team and communicates clearly and professionally
Shows flexibility, initiative, and strong attention to detail
Ideally has experience in 5‑star customer service (hospitality, corporate reception, or similar)
