Assist in managing guest services and ensuring operational excellence at Courtyard Marriott Hong Kong. Engage with guests and employees to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Process all guest check-ins
verify guest identity
set up accurate accounts for each guest
handle payment processing
review reports and logs
assist management in training, evaluating, and coaching employees
build positive working relationships
follow company policies and procedures
address guest and employee concerns
protect company assets
ensure adherence to quality standards.
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
