Job Description

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for a motivated Guest Services Intern to join the team, starting from September for six months. This role will support the team with guest transportation, arrivals and departures, including welcoming guests and assisting with luggage, as well as managing errands. The intern will also ensure high standards of cleanliness in guest areas, assist the Reception and Concierge teams, and respond to a wide range of guest requests, delivering a seamless and personalized service experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet guests and deliver luggage to room upon check-in and pick up luggage from room upon departure
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • Assist customers with inquiries about hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions
  • Greet all guests passing through lobby and offer them assistance
  • Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions
  • Support the team with shoeshine service, picking up shoes from guest room, cleaning and polishing them and returning them to the guest
  • Provide a high level of cleanliness in the luggage storage room
  • Assist with other Front Office tasks when needed

Requirements

  • Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences
  • Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and a team work approach
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Italian and English
  • A valid driving license is required
