Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome and greet guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
  • Manage meeting room bookings and support smooth coordination of room usage
  • Assist with event setup, coordination, and on-the-day support
  • Provide basic catering services, including preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments
