Job Description:

As our Guest Services Coordinator at Estelle Manor, you will act as the point of contact for the Guest Services team including management teams, Luggage Porters, Valets and Chauffeurs. You will be accountable for operational excellence in the team ensuring team, guests and their belongings are in the right place at the right time, playing a crucial role in our guests arrival and departure experience at Estelle.

  • Confident computer and systems user with Microsoft Office suite, Opera Cloud & KnowCross knowledge is advantageous
  • Experience in a luxury hospitality setting and/or logistics operations would be desirable
