We are looking for a skilled and proactive Guest Services Coordinator to join our team in St. Augustine, Florida. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of guest services, maintaining facilities, and providing exceptional support to guests. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and oversee daily guest services operations to ensure a positive and seamless experience
Direct guests to appropriate facilities and provide assistance when needed
Manage maintenance tasks for the property, including landscaping, repairs, and general upkeep
Maintain accurate logs and records of activities, including guest requests and facility updates
Facilitate communication between departments to address guest concerns and enhance service delivery
Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards across the property
Assist in organizing and implementing events or activities for guests
Monitor and track inventory of supplies and equipment needed for guest services
Provide support during emergencies or unexpected events, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction
Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for improving guest services and operational efficiency
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in guest services or facilities management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Knowledge of basic maintenance practices, including landscaping and property upkeep
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in maintaining logs and records using relevant software systems
Familiarity with safety guidelines and procedures for property management
Flexibility to work occasional overtime or assist during emergencies
