Job Description:

As a Guest Services Coordinator at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne Miami, you will ensure exceptional luxury service for guests by providing information on amenities, resolving guest issues, and communicating VIP arrivals. You will exemplify professionalism and adhere to The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards while building positive work relationships and promoting efficiency and quality.

Job Responsibility:

Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities
contact appropriate departments to resolve guest requests or problems
follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction
receive, record, and relay messages accurately
respond to special requests from guests with unique needs
communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel
ensure uniform and appearance are professional
maintain confidentiality
anticipate and address guest service needs
develop positive working relationships
comply with quality assurance standards
identify and recommend ideas to increase efficiency
perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
