We are looking for a passionate Guest Services Coordinator who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. This position reports to our Guest Services Management Team.
Job Responsibility:
Acts as welcoming agent for all incoming and outgoing guests, including recognition of VIP, return guests, and club floor guests
Coordinates all bellman and driver activities
Assists in arranging transportation for guest
Controls bell desk and Lei issuing to guests
Requirements:
High School education or equivalent experience
One to two years luxury hotel experience in luxury hotel environment, rooms division preferable
Reading, writing, and oral proficiency, communication skills, strong customer service
Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment
Ability to read and speak and write English
