Job Responsibility

Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities
Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest call, request, or problem
Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction
Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly
Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs
Communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel for escort and delivery of amenities
Follow all company policies and procedures
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

Job Responsibility

Coordinate and schedule Splasharoo appearances throughout the resort, ensuring engaging and fun guest interactions
Perform as Splasharoo or manage trained performers, ensuring energy and enthusiasm during all appearances
Maintain and care for the mascot costume, ensuring cleanliness and repairs as needed
Oversee daily guest activities, including arts & crafts, face painting, movie nights, popcorn service, and more
Ensure activities are set up properly, staffed appropriately, and running smoothly
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing holiday events, themed weekends, and special celebrations (e.g., New Year’s Eve, Easter, St. Patrick’s Day)
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience through creative programming
Proactively engage with guests to ensure they are having a fun and memorable experience
Gather feedback to improve activity offerings and enhance overall guest satisfaction
Work closely with marketing to promote activities and events on social media and resort communications
