Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Guest Services Coordinator to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This long-term contract position is ideal for an individual who thrives in customer-facing roles and enjoys creating positive experiences for guests. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, organizational skills, and a commitment to excellent service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide exceptional assistance to guests, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered promptly
  • Guide and direct guests to appropriate locations or resources to enhance their experience
  • Support retail operations by maintaining inventory accuracy and assisting with stock management
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and deliver a seamless shopping experience
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints with attention to detail and in a timely manner
  • Monitor store activities to ensure a welcoming and organized environment
  • Assist in executing promotional events or initiatives to drive customer engagement
  • Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Work closely with team members to achieve overall service and sales goals
  • Uphold company standards and policies to ensure consistency in guest services

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in guest services, retail, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to manage inventory and ensure accuracy in stock levels
  • Proven ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
  • Bachelor's degree in the field of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Sociology, or Related Field is preferred
  • Organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient store environment
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a team setting
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and guest needs
