Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an Temporary Full Time Guest Services Attendant who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. Guest Service Attendant reports to the Guest Services Manager and provides guests with a full-service arrival and departure experience. Welcome all incoming and outgoing guests, assist with luggage, safely park guest vehicles in hotel or local garage and make necessary deliveries and pick-ups to and from guest rooms. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer service and satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Park arriving and retrieve departing guest’s vehicles safely while adhering to all company and government traffic regulations and Resort Garage Parking Policy
Assess any damage and clearly note damage on claim ticket along with location of parked vehicle
Deliver and pick up luggage to and from guests room and maintain detailed records of all luggage, room and amenity deliveries
Greet all arriving guests with amenity and escort or guide guests to the front desk and introduce them to the Front Desk Agent
Greet and offer assistance to all guest passing through lobby
Provide a safe and comfortable ride for resort guests
Assure limo and house car are in good repair and stocked with necessary amenities
Maintains appropriate log, noting guests who were transported and the details of their transportation
Strong knowledge of the city so guests can be transported to and from their destination in the shortest possible time
Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions
Arrange for taxis or resort vehicle transportation as needed
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc.
Requirements:
High School education or equivalent experience
1 year of previous experience required
Prior experience at a luxury hotel or resort
Valid Driver's License Required
Able to read, write and speak English
Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States
