Job Description:

Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort, is looking for a Guest Services Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams’ have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the island of Lana’i, both Four Season Resorts, and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet all guests with a smile, make eye contact, and speak clearly in a friendly manner while upholding the highest level of hospitality and professionalism in all guest interactions
  • Serve as a key member of the Guest Services Team, ensuring guests are well cared for from arrival to departure
  • Act as the first and last impression of the hotel, upholding a high standard of professionalism and hospitality
  • Stationed at the bell stand
  • greet guests by name upon arrival and departure
  • Assist with luggage handling, including: Transporting luggage to guest rooms upon arrival, Assisting departing guests by delivering luggage to the hotel entrance or arranging temporary storage
  • Provide arriving guests with a comprehensive hotel orientation

Requirements:

  • Legal work authorization in United States
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to push/pull as needed during shifts
  • Weekend and Holiday availability required
