Guest Services Associate

• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and manage guest accounts with a smile
• Maintain accurate cash drawers, post charges, and ensure secure transactions
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and make reservations
• Relay messages and assist with in-house communications
• Sell items through our convenience shops, including seasonal tickets and more
• Provide a superior experience to all guests, exceeding their expectations with warm hospitality

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of related experience or training in a similar capacity
• General computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook Email, UKG, and PEP
• Hilton Brand Training required upon hire
• RAMP Certification preferred but will train upon hire
• Follow Willow Valley’s safety policies and procedures, promoting safety and identifying areas for improvement
• Must be willing and able to work across both our Harrisburg hotel properties: Homewood Suites (3990 Tecport Dr) and the Hilton Garden Inn Harrisburg East (3943 Tecport Dr)
• Ability to perform a range of tasks, from administrative duties to occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
