Job Description:

The role involves assisting guests with room-related tasks, processing payments, operating switchboards, addressing guest queries, and supporting the team to ensure guest satisfaction. The Westin brand emphasizes well-being, optimism, and teamwork in creating exceptional guest experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Process guest check-ins and check-outs, room assignments, and late check-out requests
Secure payments and activate/reissue room keys
Verify and adjust billing for guests
Communicate guest availability to staff
Coordinate with Housekeeping
Operate telephone switchboard
Run and check daily reports and authorization reports
Arrange transportation
Answer guest calls, requests, and concerns
Follow company policies
Report accidents and injuries
Welcome guests according to standards
Maintain confidentiality
Develop and maintain positive team relationships
Comply with quality assurance standards
Perform physical activities such as lifting objects under 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
None (License or Certification)
