We are extremely excited to be recruiting a Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport team, based at our new client’s offices in the City of London, 40 Leadenhall London. The uniquely designed space is crafted for forward-thinking companies, people, and ideas. This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences. Time management is an integral part of this role. The ability to take ownership is key to success and fantastic communication is essential.

Job Responsibility

Responsible for all ground floor reception and lobby hosting throughout the 40 Leadenhall Receptions, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a corporate/five-star luxury hotel environment/premium airlines
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing personality and ability to easily build rapport with key stakeholders
  • Customer focused team player who is patient, friendly, reliable, flexible and takes pride in what they do
  • Energetic, proactive, flexible with great attention to detail, can-do attitude, and ambition to learn and grow
