The Guest Service Ambassador delivers exceptional front-of-house hospitality, creating outstanding first impressions and seamless guest experiences. This role combines reception duties with event support and facilities management, ensuring all visitors feel genuinely welcomed and enjoy a professional experience.
Job Responsibility:
Reception & Guest Services – Deliver first-class front-of-house service, manage visitor registrations, and provide concierge support
Event & Meeting Support – Coordinate room bookings, assist with event setup, and maintain meeting spaces to high standards
Systems & Compliance – Operate visitor management systems and ensure all processes meet Security and Health & Safety protocols
Facilities Management – Maintain show-ready reception areas, manage mailroom operations, and support general facilities requests
Requirements:
Corporate office experience
hospitality or retail background advantageous
proven exceptional service delivery in fast-paced environments with strong problem-solving abilities
highly organised with effective prioritisation, multitasking, and project management capabilities
friendly, collaborative team player with willingness to exceed expectations
