We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Guest Service Ambassador to join our Rapport team at our Client's prestigious offices located near Westminster Bridge, where professionals in the built environment come together to shape the future of the industry. Join our dynamic team and be the first point of contact for our clients, customers, and guests, ensuring exceptional service and support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Warmly welcoming guests and clients upon arrival, providing them with assistance and information
  • Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with a friendly and helpful demeanour
  • Collaborating with the Rapport Ambassadors, and other service providers to ensure seamless service throughout the client and guest areas
  • Assisting in addressing guest needs and resolving issues in a timely manner, elevating their experience
  • Participating in team meetings and training to enhance personal and team skills

Requirements:
