At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly motivated Guest Services Agent for the Season 2026 to join our Front Office team. This role is essential in delivering a seamless arrival and departure experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed, supported, and cared for from the very first moment until their departure. You will act as a key point of contact for guest luggage handling, information sharing, and coordination of guest requests across departments, always delivering service at the highest luxury standards.
Job Responsibility:
Handle guest arrivals and departures with efficiency, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
Manage all luggage handling processes, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely delivery
Create a warm and welcoming arrival experience for all guests
Provide guests with detailed information about hotel services, facilities, and the surrounding area
Assist with guest requests in close coordination with Front Desk and Concierge teams
Maintain knowledge of hotel operations, room types, VIP arrivals, and daily activities
Ensure accurate handling, storage, and tracking of luggage and guest belongings
Deliver items such as messages, mail, packages, and special requests promptly
Assist with room moves, rooming, and orientation when required
Support valet parking operations and traffic management at hotel entrances
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all front-of-house and luggage storage areas
Ensure all guest interactions reflect the highest level of service and professionalism
Assist other departments during busy operational periods to ensure smooth hotel flow
Requirements:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Applicants must have a European Passport or legal right to work in Greece
Fluency in English is essential
Greek is an advantage
Previous experience in a similar guest-facing or hospitality role is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment
Physically capable of handling luggage and operational demands of the role
