At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly engaged Guest Services Agent for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract).
Job Responsibility:
Comply with all departmental policies, service, procedures and standards
Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level daily
Ensure that service standards are maintained at a superior level daily
Liaise with team, ensure guests’ luggage are loaded and unloaded from the vehicle correctly and in an efficient manner
Ensure the hotel flags are always in excellent condition, inform relevant department when and if need maintenance or cleaning
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
Ensure the luggage are stored safely and correctly in the luggage - storage room
Liaise with Front Desk and Concierge to ensure the guest luggage are delivered and retrieved from and to the guest room or storeroom within the required time
Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests by names whenever possible
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is required
Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece
Good verbal communication skills in English are essential
Nice to have:
Proficiency in Greek is an advantage
