Job Description:

Team Member role working in accommodation cleaning and Guest Services to provide guests with a fantastic holiday experience at Butlin's.

Job Responsibility:

Work across different teams on resort to support guests and provide a fantastic experience
Work Monday and Fridays cleaning accommodation (changing beds, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, hoovering, maintaining floors, cleaning and dusting furniture and fittings, cleaning kitchens and living areas, cleaning toilets and changing rooms)
Heavy lifting and going up and down stairs with cleaning equipment
Work in Guest Services Team for remaining hours
Answer calls and help guests get things back on track when problems arise
Use empathy and problem solving skills to understand what has gone wrong
Log jobs & feedback and follow up with the guest
Become an expert on everything needed to ensure every guest has the best time

Requirements:

Experience of working with customers or guests over the phone or in person
Empathy and listening skills
Confident in engaging conversations in a great tone of voice
Fast accurate typing skills
Comfortable working on a computer
Ability to get stuck in and learn quickly
Proficient telephone manner
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Confidence at offering solutions to guests
