Job Description:

The Guest Service Support Expert ensures that food and beverage operations run smoothly to deliver a unique and memorable experience for guests at The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch. Responsibilities include assisting the kitchen, setting tables, and maintaining work areas. No related work experience is required, but previous experience in food and beverage environments is preferred.

Job Responsibility:

Setting tables
Assisting the kitchen
Cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies
Delivering a wide range of services to ensure food and beverage operations run smoothly
Ensuring a safe workplace and upholding quality standards
Managing the menu by reading and visually verifying information
Lifting and moving objects as part of daily tasks
Providing support to make guest experiences unique and memorable.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
Previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
No supervisory experience.
