Job Description:

The Guest Service Support Expert position at The Ritz-Carlton Aruba involves providing high-quality food and beverage services to ensure memorable guest experiences while upholding company standards. Job Responsibility:

Creating a safe workplace
Following company policies and procedures
Upholding quality standards
Ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
Setting tables
Assisting the kitchen
Cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies
Managing the menu
Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and handling objects as required.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
Previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred.
