Job Description:

The Guest Service Support Expert ensures the smooth running of food and beverage operations through a wide range of services. Responsibilities include assisting the kitchen, setting tables, replenishing supplies, and upholding safety and quality standards. The role entails learning and exemplifying The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards while delivering luxury service to guests.

Job Responsibility:

Setting tables
Assisting the kitchen
Cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies
Managing the menu
Creating a safe workplace
Following company policies and procedures
Upholding quality standards
Performing physical tasks such as lifting objects (up to 50 pounds with assistance)

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
