Job Description:

The Guest Service Support Expert role involves assisting in food and beverage operations to create memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities include setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning and restocking, and maintaining quality standards. The position requires physical activity such as standing, sitting, moving, lifting, and bending. Job Responsibility:

Ensure food and beverage operations run smoothly
set tables
assist the kitchen
clean work areas
replenish supplies
uphold quality standards
follow company policies and procedures
ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication
perform additional reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
no supervisory experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance
ability to read and visually verify information
professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
