At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, the Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Guest Service team ensuring efficient and courteous arrival/departure experiences for our owners and guests in addition to enhancing the overall guest experience.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the Guest Services team, including scheduling, training, coaching, and assisting
Communicate and work closely with all Residence Club departments on a daily basis
Ensure Guest Services’ staff safety and security practices are maintained within the Front Drive and Guest Service storage room to eliminate vehicle damages and/or theft
Ensure Four Seasons benchmark standards are being met on a daily basis throughout the entire Guest Services Team
Oversee the use and maintenance of guest service vehicles, ensuring cleanliness and timely reporting of any damages or safety concerns
Assist the Front Office Team with arrivals, departures, and concierge requests, utilizing Opera and Golden applications
Adhere to payroll, uniform, and key sign-out procedures
Deliver and pick-up guest request items in a timely manner as necessary
Communicate with Residence Club staff via HotSOS and radio and maintain professional and good working relationship with staff
Offer assistance to guests when requested
Support basic housekeeping needs, outside of housekeeping hours
Safely and properly operate a golf cart for transportation of guests and supplies
Assist guests with luggage and/or introducing them to their villa upon check-in
Handle and report any accident immediately, not matter how minor
Conduct self in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons
Respond properly in any Residence Club emergency or safety situation
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Residence Club management and staff
Maintain the cleanliness of guest areas including, exterior walkways and planters of Villas
Requirements:
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
1-year previous experience as a Bell Attendant, Valet Attendant and/or Door Attendant
