Job Responsibility:
Be a visible example of hospitality, educating guests and team members on products, services, and complete meal solutions
Manage frontend guest flow and efficiency by directing and supporting cashiers while ensuring backups are minimized to deliver frictionless checkout experiences
Execute and uphold cash office procedures and controls, including management of cash, keys, and the safe
Direct the guest service team, as scheduled to maintain sanitation and cleanliness at the front end and the guest restrooms
Support execution of digital fulfillment orders, ensuring speed, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards
Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach at the front-end and throughout the store
Assist in managing the department, inventories, and team for effective minimization of product loss
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations
Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Retail, culinary, and/or grocery experience
Experience with electronic shelf label systems, inventory management technology, or AI-enabled retail tools
Repetitive hand/arm movements, grasping, bending, reaching, ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds by oneself, and exposure to extreme temperatures
Ability to use tools and equipment: knives, ladders, stepstools, box cutters, pallet jacks, and other equipment
Required to spend long periods of time on their feet and stand or walk without a break (for up to 4 hours or as required by law)
Required to wear an approved hat, hair net, and/or beard guard, and personal protective equipment
Nice to have:
High school diploma or equivalent
Retail, culinary, and/or grocery experience
Experience with electronic shelf label systems, inventory management technology, or AI-enabled retail tools
