Job Description:

At the Villatel Orlando Resort, guests come for the sunshine, the smiles, and the fun! They return for the service and hospitality that our Guest Service Specialists provide, and the pool and amenities are the heartbeat of it all! We’re looking for outgoing, energetic, and service-minded individuals who love making people happy (and don’t mind a little vitamin D while doing it).

Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome guests and help them find the perfect lounge chair or cabanas
  • Set up towels, umbrellas, and keep the pool deck spotless and inviting
  • Supply and manage guest recreational equipment, including paddles, basketballs, and towels
  • Coordinate hands-on activities for children, like beading, coloring, and other creative projects
  • Work with the food & beverage team to make sure every guest gets exactly what they want—fast and friendly
  • Answer questions and assist with resort amenities or activities
  • Keep an eye on guests’ safety and ensure everyone’s having fun responsibly
  • Support special events and VIP experiences as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or food & beverage
  • Friendly, approachable, and the ability to provide exceptional guest experience
  • Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and dispatch teams to fulfill guest requests, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Liaise with dispatch agents to communicate guest requests, prioritize tasks, and coordinate resource allocation to meet service demands effectively and efficiently
  • Solicit feedback from guests regarding their stay, actively listen to their concerns or suggestions, and relay relevant information to management and appropriate departments for action
