Job Description:

The Guest Service Representative role at Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio Airport involves direct engagements with guests, processing check-ins, handling payment transactions, and resolving guest requests while ensuring company policies are followed and exceptional service is delivered.

Job Responsibility:

Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, verifying identity, and assigning rooms
operate telephone switchboard station
respond to guest requests including wake-up calls
run daily reports and identify special requests
process all payment types such as room charges, cash, credit, and debit
complete end-of-day activities
maintain shift logs and pertinent documentation
anticipate and address guest service needs
welcome guests and provide genuine appreciation
comply with safety policies and report unsafe work conditions.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
positive working relationships with others
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds
speak with others using clear and professional language
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
clean and professional personal appearance.
