We are looking for highly organized candidates with excellent people skills for the position of Guest Service Representative. This position fulfills a variety of customer service needs in support of the campground successful operation. Reporting to the Property Manager, this individual works closely with maintenance, groundskeeping, and other staff to provide the Park's guest with the most enjoyable experience. As the face of the Park, it is important that our Guest Service Representative treats all guests with kindness, empathy, and respect at all times.
Job Responsibility:
Greeting and checking-in/out guests
Answering phones and supporting guests or potential guests
Work with maintenance staff to resolve any issues
Quickly address any guest inquiries or concerns with speed and professionalism
Assist with on-site convenience and souvenir store
Manage cash and perform minor accounting
Other job-related duties or special projects as assigned
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of customer service, hotel or retail experience
Highschool graduate or GED
Proficient with email communication
A sense of energy, passion, integrity, honesty, great attendance, and personal responsibility
Motivation and dedication to serving customers and a job well done
Able to work with minimal supervision
Able to work approximately 20 -24 hours each week including some weekends
Must be within commuting distance to the property
Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically
Visually look at a computer for extended periods
Able to sit and use the computer for hours at a time
Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside
Repetitive hand motions, such as typing
Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 25 pounds
