Job Description

The Guest Service Officer (Mandarin Speaking) is responsible for delivering a seamless and personalized arrival and stay experience for guests. This role acts as a key point of contact, assisting both Russian-speaking and international guests with inquiries, reservations, and service requests while upholding Four Seasons’ luxury standard.

Job Responsibility

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Provide personalized service to Russian-speaking guests, ensuring clear communication and comfort
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, dining, and local attraction
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences in the system
  • Assist with room reservations, upgrades, and special arrangements
  • Ensure all interactions reflect Four Seasons' service excellence standards
  • Handle cash transactions and billing accurately when required

Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years' experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest's preferences
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Proficiency in hotel systems (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
