The Guest Service Officer (Mandarin Speaking) is responsible for delivering a seamless and personalized arrival and stay experience for guests. This role acts as a key point of contact, assisting both Russian-speaking and international guests with inquiries, reservations, and service requests while upholding Four Seasons’ luxury standard.
Job Responsibility
Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Provide personalized service to Russian-speaking guests, ensuring clear communication and comfort
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs
Provide information about hotel facilities, dining, and local attraction
Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences in the system
Assist with room reservations, upgrades, and special arrangements
Ensure all interactions reflect Four Seasons' service excellence standards
Handle cash transactions and billing accurately when required
Requirements
1 - 2 years' experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest's preferences
Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Proficiency in hotel systems (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
