Job Description:

Guest Service Manager position at Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel. Serves as property Manager on Duty overseeing all operations to ensure highest hospitality standards. Represents management in guest situations and serves as Guest Relations Manager.

Job Responsibility:

Serves as property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations
Ensures highest levels of hospitality and service are provided
Represents property management in resolving guest related situations
Manages flow of questions and directs guests within lobby
Serves as Guest Relations Manager and handles tracking of service issues
Leads guest services teams
Maintains guest services and front desk goals
Ensures exceptional customer service
Implements projects and policies
Conducts human resource activities

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED with 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with no work experience required
Experience in leading guest services teams
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle complaints, disputes, and conflicts
Understanding of budgets and financial management
Experience in customer service and guest relations
