Hands on leadership role responsible for overseeing all Front Desk operations to ensure a stellar guest experience. At our 70-room property, the GSM serves as a member of our management team, balancing administrative duties with active presence in the lobby and front desk to mentor staff and personally engage with guests.
Job Responsibility:
Team Leadership - Hire, train, and schedule all front desk staff, including Guest Service Agents and Night Auditors
Operational Excellence - Oversee the check-in/check-out process, ensuring all service standards are met
Guest Relations - Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns and special requests
