Job Description

The Four Seasons Hotel Beijing is looking for Intern who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. Working in Guest Service, Intern reports to Guest Service Supervisor.

Job Responsibility

  • Delivers the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times
  • Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, Feedback guests’ complaints to Assistant Manager/Duty Manager immediately
  • Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate
  • Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transportation and other services requested by guests
  • Delivers and picks up guest baggage as assigned by GRO - Concierge

Requirements

  • College graduate or Certificate in Hotel Management
  • Had experience in Guest Services Operations
  • Intermediate English ability
