Job Description:

The Guest Service Expert delivers a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meals in a memorable and unique way. Responsibilities include setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness. The role requires physical activity such as lifting and carrying objects, as well as professional communication and appearance. Candidates must exemplify The Ritz-Carlton 'Gold Standards' daily.

Job Responsibility:

Set tables
communicate with the kitchen
interact and serve guests
clean work areas and supplies
move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
less than 1 year related work experience
no supervisory experience
