Job Description:

The Guest Service Expert delivers a wide range of services to create a memorable guest experience, including setting tables, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the cleanliness of workspaces. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and a strong customer service focus.

Job Responsibility:

Build a memorable and unique experience for guests
Set tables and communicate with the kitchen
Interact and serve guests
Clean work areas and supplies
Follow company policies and procedures
Uphold quality standards
Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Less than 1 year related work experience
No supervisory experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance
Ability to read and visually verify information
Ability to bend, twist, pull, and stoop.
