Job Description:

The Guest Service Expert ensures a memorable and unique experience for guests by delivering services like setting tables, serving, and maintaining work areas. Additionally, the position supports the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton to uphold the highest level of luxury and guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Creating a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
setting tables
communicating with the kitchen
interacting and serving guests
cleaning work areas and supplies
managing the menu
hands-on work such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
less than 1 year related work experience
no supervisory experience
