Job Description:

Our Guest Service Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their meal. Whether setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies, the Guest Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure memorable guest experiences
set tables
communicate with the kitchen
interact and serve guests
clean work areas and supplies
read and verify menu information
ensure professional appearance
uphold safety and quality standards
complete other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
less than 1 year related work experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance
professional appearance and communication skills
ability to perform tasks like reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping.
