Job Description:

The Guest Service Expert position focuses on creating memorable dining experiences, delivering services graciously and thoughtfully, following 'Gold Standards' of The Ritz-Carlton, and ensuring professionalism in service.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal
set tables
communicate with the kitchen
interact and serve guests
clean work areas and supplies
uphold quality standards
follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
less than 1 year related work experience
no supervisory experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance
ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
professional uniform, appearance, and communications.
