Requirements

  • Enjoy coordinating and talking on the phone
  • Have an open ear for the needs of internal and external guests
  • Thrive on handling complex tasks thanks to organizational talent
  • Eager to develop yourself every day and learn new things
  • Remain calm and composed in stressful situations
  • Gained experience in a similar position and/or have completed training in hotel management
  • Communicative nature
  • Feel very comfortable in both German and English
